Instructions
First of all, we welcome all European pages dealing with rocketry, e.g. model rocketry, sport rocketry, experimental and high power or amateur rocketry. If you own such a site, you are invited to join! We do not tell you how your site has to look and we also accept pages in different European languages. However, we ask you to include at least an English summary for our international audience if possible. We keep the right to refuse pages if they include racial, pornographic or other unacceptable content or simple do not fit into the webrings concept.
Joining the ring is easy - just follow this 4 steps:
1. Submit your site
Pls. visit the submission page. You need to apply for a webring account first before you can join our ring. Pls. follow the online instructions! Pls. note: After you joined and submitted your website details, your site is now in the queue, that means it has not been added to the ring yet.
2a. Include the code
Now, you need to add the server-side navigation bar (SSNB) to your page. Pls. follow the instructions you receive by mail after you submitted your site! Basically, it is just a piece of code you need to include. The SSNB needs to be placed on the start page of your site. If done, pls. continue with step 3.
2b. Alternative code for experienced webmasters
As an alternative for experienced webmasters with some HTML experience, you may place our webring logo (also called HTML fragment) on your start page. This logo will look better than the SSNB, but require some modificaton work. Remember to include just one version, the SSNB or the HTML fragment!
To use this method, follow this steps:
1. Copy the webring logo to your harddisk (right mouse click). Then, upload the logo to your websites image directory.
2. Copy this HTML code and paste it on your website starter site:

3. Now, modify the code below by replacing all the red marked stars (**) with your actual site ID, a two digit number like 33 (see below). Example: if your site ID is 11, '...ring=europerocketry;id=**;sprev...' becomes '...ring=europerocketry;id=11;sprev...'. Do not forget to remove the stars completly!
Now, replace the sample path ("scr="your_directory/webringlogo.gif") to link to the actual directory where you uploaded the webring logo in step 1. However, do not change the rest of the code! Upload it and test if your code works correctly (note: links may not work as long as you are not approved).
4. What is your site ID? After you joined the ring, you will receive a mail including a 2-digit site ID, e.g. 33. So 33 is your site ID.

3. Send us a mail!
If you have included the SSNB or the HTML fragment, send an email to the ringmaster that you are ready! Pls. do not forget to mail within 2 weeks, otherwise your site will be automatically removed from the queue by the system!
4. Await our approval
After we received your mail, we will visit and approve your site. If we have approved it, you will receive an e-mail that your site has been finally added to the ring. Pls. allow a few days for this process!
Some notes
- if you ever want to get removed from the
ring, just visit the maintance
page and remove your site!
- if some of your personal information will change (e.g. URL, e-mail adress etc.),
pls. do not forget to update, too!
- since the ring only works as long as the code is on every page, do not remove
the code! If you remove it, you will be excluded from the ring!
- commercial sites may join as long as they are rocketry-related
- since this ring joins European pages, we can only accept sites from Europe.
International organizations serving members in Europe may join!

To edit your existing site information, pls. visit the maintance page and enter your site ID and password!
